this past weekend i drove down to Norfolk to see some old faces, and take some pics.
i met up with katie, a friend i had met at a Cage show in Dc about a year ago, it was great to see her, and meet all of her awesome friends.
we had planned on shooting in the woods (no way in the woods?!! i never do that) but while doing makeup and whatnot, dreaded raindrops fell from the sky :( while driving around looking for a new location we saw this loading dock that was covered so then we set up shop. the pics came out good, but lacked that certain something for me. luckily by the time we had finished shooting at the loading dock, the rain clouds ran away to nap, and the sun came out to play. we headed off to the beach to do the photos seen here, which i couldnt be happier with.
on a sad note i regret to inform you all, the one of my nikon flashes had an accident in the water. memorial services will be held tonight for our fallen soldier.
